NEET Counselling 2018: First round from June 13; check details here

The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) has released the schedule for National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test – NEET (UG), 2018 counselling on the official website – mcc.nic.in.

As per the notice posted on the official website (mcc.nic.in) the six-day first round counselling process for 15% all India quota (AIQ) will be held from June 13 to June 18, 2018. The three-day second round counselling will be organised from July 6 to 8, 2018.

he payment facility for the first round counselling will be available till June 19 up to 12:00 noon while the it will be available till July 9 (up to 12:00 noon) for the second round of counselling.

The candidates can fill and lock their choice, for first round of counselling, on June 19 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. The seat allotment process will be done on June 20 & 21, 2018. The result for first round counselling will be declared on June 22, 2018 and the students can report to their allotted colleges from June 23 to July 3, 2018.

After holding the two-round counselling the MCC will organise the mop-up round from August 12, 2018.

The candidates will be called as per their All India Rank (AIR)/merit list for admissions to approximately 60,000 seats.

The result for NEET 2018 examination was declared last Monday i.e., June 4, 2018 in which around 7.14 lakh candidates have managed to cross the cut-off mark set by the exam conducting authority i.e., Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The NEET Examination for 2018 was conducted on May 6.
