On some Samsung devices, you’ll need to enable your Samsung account in order to update to Android 3.2. To do so, please complete the following steps:

Settings > Accounts & Sync > Add account > Samsung Account

You will then be prompted to set up a Samsung account, which requires inputting your email and creating a password. Once this account is enabled, please go to:

    Settings > About Phone/Device > Software Update > Update

Press OK, and follow the prompts to download the Firmware update to your device. This may take over an hour to fully complete and will require you to reboot your device
